Fixes
Tonnage Late Fee Fix - Tonnage reports, specifically late fees for tonnage reports did not increment the additional $10 per day while the item and report were in the shopping cart. As a solution for this, all tonnage reports added to cart are given a shopping cart specific expiration date of midnight that same day. Reports that have expired in the shopping cart will need to be re-added and the late fee reapplied when applicable. (#415)
Training Event End Date Fix - The End Date for newly created training events was not savable. This bug has been fixed and the Training event page should be behaving properly. (#414)
Certified Applicator Exam Fix - An exam per-enrollment payment processed in AIMS by stripe that failed to process in stripe (whether card declined, expired card…) would crash the save enrollment modal. As a solution Stripe charge failures are returned to the UI via an AIMS alert. (#416)
