  • Pesticide & Fertilizer - KDA Portal - Government Agency Registration: Hotfix to correct issue when government agencies with an “Expired” license would renew, their license would not change back to “Active”. (1159 / 68787)

  • Pesticide & Fertilizer - Associations: Pesticide Business License and Certified Applicator association bug, AIMS would allow for the relationship to be incorrectly setup. This has been fixed and incorrect relationships have been resolved.

Pesticide & Fertilizer

Improvements

  • AIMS - Soil Amendment Paper Renewal: Similar to pesticide and fertilizer products, there is now the option to send a generated PDF with products so a registrant can register soil amendment products outside the online channel. This feature also uses an attached PDF rather than having the form in the email. (936/68500)

  • AIMS - Pesticide Paper Renewal: The pesticide paper renewal email was updated to include an attached PDF similar to soil amendment feature. (973)

  • Portal - Pesticide Business License: On Registered Technician Training Program page added link to P&F forms page on main Agriculture website. (853/68382)

  • KDA AIMS - Certified Applicator: Users can now generate a Certified Applicator Reciprocal Form from AIMS. On a CA play, this can be done from the Actions drop down. (846/67849)

  • KDA AIMS - Product Renewals: Whenever a product is flagged as “Waiting on Custom” from the renewal pages the user will be prompted to enter a reason. This is then displayed on the “Waiting On Customer” tab in the “Reason” column.

  • KDA AIMS - Soil Amendments Renewal: Document button was not appearing when it should for products with labels or documents. (984/68623)

  • KDA AIMS & Portal - Certified Applicator Training Hours: The COVID change for CA expiring on 12/31/2020 has been removed and training hour calculations will now be based totally on the start and end date of a CA’s sub category. CA’s that earned training credits in 2021 for their 2020 renewal should have their sub category dates changed to reflect this. (871/67828)

  • KDA AIMS - Products: The product search page will no longer display “Deleted” products and will be show the same pending products and shown on product renewal pages.
