Summary

AIMS version 20220109.1 nicknamed Legolas is the last official release of 2021 and closes out the Tolkien naming scheme for releases. In addition to the improvements and fixes listed below, significant work was put toward Animal Health Livestock Market Reporting, Dairy Milk Producers, and Commercial Hemp.

Pesticide & Fertilizer

New Features

• AIMS - Merge People Tool - This new feature will allow AIMS users to merge duplicate people in the Pesticide and Fertilizer module in AIMS.  To use this feature, go to the duplicate person you want to remove (source) in AIMS.   The click the the "Actions" menu and click "Merge to Primary Entity", now search for the person you want to merge this person into.  Once selected you will be taken to the merge page where you have several options on how you can merge the two people. • AIMS / Portal - Soil Amendment Revised Documents - Whenever a Portal users uploads any attachment for a soil amendment product it will be flagged as "Revised Document".  The phrase "Revised Label" in AIMS has been changed to "Revised Document". (1162)

• AIMS - Business, People, and Product State Id - Whenever a new business, person, or product is created a unique "state id" is assigned to the record.  This Id is easier to use to communicate succinct record identities between individuals.  Right now this is only in the database and not shown on any UI. • Portal - Added PBL Enrollment Link to CA Top Menu (878/68442)

• Portal - Test Locations - Removed comments from public display. (884/68454)

• Portal - Cancelled Products - Removed "cancelled" products from showing on the product renewal screen.  Products will still show up under the product management page. (970/68561)

• AIMS - Fertilizer Products PDF Renewal Form - Updated fertilizer products PDF renewal form to match soil amendment and pesticide product forms. (974)

Fixes

• AIMS - Test Enrollment - Resolved bug that would not show list of test enrolls if bad data existed and if test enrollment does not exist. (851,860,1040)

• AIMS - Company Page - Resolved bug that showed draft products on company display page. (877)

• AIMS - Reciprocal Form PDF - Corrected the way Start and Expiration Dates display.  Should show earliest start date and latest end date for active categories.  Also, resolved bug that if the primary address is null. (1036)

• Portal - PBL Reg Tech Cards - Resolved bug that would not allow Portal users to generate PDF reg tech cards if they had not renewed for next year, but were still active in current year, and the new enrollment period had been created. (1070)

• Portal - Delete Products Displaying - Resolved issue where deleted products would still partially display if accessed directly using GUID. (1132)
