(11/18/2021) 20211118.1-main

  • Fixed issue with saving CA exam details in AIMS where if the entity did not have a certified applicator license it would not create one. (825)

(11/19/2021) 20211119.2-main

  • KDA Portal: Products (pesticide, fertilizer, and soil amendments) deleted in AIMS still showed up on both the registration page and product list. This has been corrected.

(11/22/2021) 20211122.1-main

  • Resolved issue with certified exam enrollment in KDA Portal. Online users were not able to complete the registration process. Both the code and the accounts were corrected. (862)

  • P&F - Government Agency Registration: Removed requirement that GAR renewing have an active certified applicator associated to the registration.

Released Improvements and fixes

General

Fixes

  • Updated payment processing so that if it cannot send an email receipt it will still process the payment and post payment workflow.

  • KDA Portal: RSS feed at the bottom will sometimes throw an exception when it cannot contact the Agriculture website.  Feed at bottom will not display an “News feed unavailable.” if it cannot get the RSS feed.

New Feature - Government Agency Registration

The Government Agency Registration (GAR) module is now live in AIMS.  This module includes the following high-level features:

  • AIMS Features

    • Manage GARs

    • GAR Renewal

  • Portal Features

    • Online GAR Registration

    • Enroll Existing GARs

    • Online Renewal for Existing GARs

    • GARs can manage contact and address information online.

    • GARs can designate active certified applicators to renew.

Improvements

  • AIMS - Parent / Child Relationship: Businesses can now have a parent/child relationship, allowing programs to group businesses under a primary business.  On a business display page there is now an option under the “Actions” menu called: “Set Parent Organization”.  This command will show popup that will allow users to search and set a parent organization for a given business.  On any business, there is also an “Organizations” tab.  This tab shows all the child organizations bellowing to a business.  Form this tab users can search for new child organization to add them to a business. (709,711)

  • Portal - Pre-enrollment Update: Pre-enrollment for certified applicator exams now close at midnight of the preceding day.

Fixes

  • Corrected issue with certified applicators registering for exams but not showing in AIMS. (627/67755)

  • Corrected issue where Pesticide Business License downloadable PDFs on KDA Portal would default to the currently opened registration period.  When the 2022 registration period was opened, all digital licenses would default to 2022 with no active categories.  The digital file no longer defaults to the most recent 2022.  Rather it just looks at the correct year and if there are not active categories then the file cannot be downloaded.
