Training Events
Portal: All public Training Events listed with no date restrictions (926)
All current and future training events are now listed on the public training event. Before, the page would only show events through the next 90 days. Also, there are no text overflow issues so that visitors to the page can see all columns without having to scroll to the right to see the categories column.
Products
Portal: Product sort on Payment Receipt (900)
The payment receipt generated out of AIMS for Pesticide Product Registrations are now sorted alphabetically by item description.Portal: Pesticide Product Registration Status page (946)
Portal users can now view their product registrations by company and then by year (2018, 2019 and 2020) and the number of products that are approved, pending or declined along with the total number of products. Staff can share the following link with Portal users so that users can go to the page anytime. Portal users can view the list of pesticide products and the registration statuses of those products for a given year. From this page, portal users can click a Print button that will allow them to print a certificate of product registration at any time.AIMS: Update to the email sent to Registrant when Pesticide Products are Approved (948)
When staff approves Pesticide Products in AIMS, the email that is generated and sent to the registrant will include the list of approved products along with the link to Portal for them to view the status of all registrations. On the Pesticide Renewals page in AIMS, there is a now a column for the product EPA Number so that users do not have to go to the product page to verify the number.
Pest Applicators
AIMS: Email PDF copy of a Pesticide Business License from the Business Screen (917)
Staff can email a Pesticide Business their license from an Actions button on the license portion of their display page. Before it is emailed, the business’s email address will be entered by default but staff can enter a different email address if needed.AIMS: Email PDF copy of a Commercial Applicator Certification (918)
Staff can email a Certified Commercial Applicator their certification from an Actions button on the license portion of their display page. Before it is emailed, the applicator’s email address will be entered by default but staff can enter a different email address if needed.
